C- Supportive Learning

Reaching Every Learner: Equity and Differentiation in Action

Every classroom is diverse—and every student deserves meaningful access to learning. This interactive workshop brings together the principles of equitable education and the practices of differentiated instruction to help teachers design supportive, inclusive lessons for all learners.

Together, we will:

  • Reflect on current practices and identify barriers to equity and access.
  • Explore strategies for building inclusive, student-centered classrooms that respond to diverse needs, abilities, and backgrounds.
  • Learn how to design differentiated lessons that adjust content, process, and product while maintaining high expectations.
  • Practice planning flexible activities that give students multiple ways to engage with material and demonstrate understanding.
  • Share practical tools and examples for supporting student voice, confidence, and success.

By the end, participants will leave with concrete strategies and classroom-ready tools to plan lessons that are equitable, differentiated, and empowering for every student.

B- High Expectations

Empowering Minds: Growth, Inquiry, and Ownership in the Classroom

How can we help students take true ownership of their learning? This interactive workshop introduces teachers to practical strategies that build independence, responsibility, and resilience in the classroom. Drawing on growth mindset practices, AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) tools, and Harvard Project Zero thinking routines, participants will explore ways to nurture curiosity, self-direction, and deeper learning.

Together, we will:

  • Practice using AVID strategies such as Cornell Notes, Focused Note-Taking, Collaborative Study Groups, Goal Setting Logs, and Levels of Questions.
  • Learn and apply Project Zero thinking routines that spark inquiry, reflection, and collaborative meaning-making.
  • Map out how growth mindset language and structures can shift classroom culture.
  • Engage in hands-on planning, reflection, and discussion to connect routines to real classroom practice.

By the end, teachers will leave with a toolkit of research-based, classroom-ready strategies to cultivate student independence and empower learners across grade levels and subjects.

D- Active Learning

Designing Real-World Learning: Engaging Students Through Project Based Learning

How can we move beyond traditional instruction to create learning that sticks? This interactive workshop introduces educators to experiential and project-based learning (PBL) as powerful strategies for student engagement and deeper understanding. Participants will explore how to design, implement, and assess hands-on projects that connect classroom content with real-world challenges and opportunities.

Together, we will:

  • Unpack the core principles of experiential and project-based learning.
  • Practice strategies for designing meaningful projects that foster collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.
  • Discuss assessment approaches that capture both process and product.
  • Explore ways to adapt PBL to different subjects and grade levels while maintaining student ownership.

By the end, educators will leave with practical tools and fresh ideas to develop impactful projects, boost student motivation, and transform classrooms into active learning communities.

E- Progress Monitoring

Improving Learning Through Feedback: Making Assessment Work for Students

Assessment should do more than measure learning—it should support it. This interactive workshop equips teachers with strategies to make formative assessment, grading, and feedback more meaningful, fair, and student-centered.

Together, we will:

  • Clarify the differences between formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Explore effective and consistent grading practices that reflect student learning.
  • Practice giving constructive feedback that builds confidence, motivation, and achievement.
  • Learn how to use assessment data to guide instruction and target student needs.
  • Encourage student self-reflection as a path to independent learning.

By the end, participants will leave with practical tools and approaches to transform assessment into a powerful driver of student growth and classroom success.

F- Well Managed Learning

Creating Calm Classrooms: Managing Disruptive Behavior with Care

Every classroom faces challenges—but disruptions don’t have to derail learning. This interactive workshop equips educators with practical, research-based strategies for addressing disruptive and disrespectful behavior while maintaining a calm, supportive, and productive learning environment.

Together, we will:

  • Learn proactive classroom management strategies that prevent disruptions before they start.
  • Explore routines, boundaries, and expectations that promote respect and consistency.
  • Practice intervention techniques that de-escalate challenges while preserving student dignity.
  • Discuss how engaging lesson design and positive reinforcement reduce off-task behavior.
  • Reflect on approaches that balance professional composure with strong student relationships.

By the end, participants will leave with concrete tools and strategies to manage behavioral challenges confidently and create a classroom culture where every student can thrive.

G- Digital Learning

AI for Teaching and Learning: Making Technology Work for You

Artificial Intelligence is becoming a powerful part of education, but for many teachers it can feel either exciting or intimidating. This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed to support all educators—whether tech-savvy or tech-cautious—in understanding and applying AI meaningfully in blended and EdTech-focused classrooms.

Together, we will:

Clarify what AI is (and isn’t) in education.

  • Explore practical ways AI can support lesson planning, differentiation, assessment, and student engagement.
  • Try out selected tools hands-on, with guidance and support.
  • Discuss real opportunities and challenges, including ethical use and equity in the Egyptian context.
  • Collaboratively design classroom applications that feel realistic and useful across subject areas.

By the end, participants will leave with both inspiration and practical strategies to bring AI into their teaching with confidence and responsibility.
