Mai Abdallah
Ms. Mai Abdallah is the Academic Dean at the Shorouk Campus. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, English Department, in 2003. With a strong passion for education, she has earned multiple diplomas and certifications, including an Educational Leadership diploma and training in technology and gamification for educational leaders from the American University in Cairo. She is also a certified IB literature teacher and holds qualifications in dyslexia, training of trainers (TOT), and English language teaching.
Her career in education began as an English instructor at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Defense Language Institute (MODLI). She joined NIS in 2005, where she served in various roles, including teacher, Head of the English Department, and Vice Principal. Over the years, she has worked in both the Tagamoe and Shorouk campuses, demonstrating her leadership as Principal of the elementary division in the New Capital Campus and later returning to Shorouk Campus as Academic Dean.
Ms. Abdallah is a strong advocate for positive thinking and believes in the transformative impact of professional development on teaching quality.
