Shorouk Elhadary

Ms. Shorouk Elhadary is an English educator and curriculum developer with extensive experience across Grades 1–12. She holds two specialized diplomas in education—one in Educational Leadership and Management and another in Academic Directorship—strengthening her expertise in school leadership, instructional improvement, and strategic planning. Shorouk is a graduate of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, where she developed a strong foundation in language, literature, and translation studies.
Since joining NIS in 2019, Shorouk has played a key role in advancing and renovating the English Department’s academic vision and approach. She currently serves in a senior academic leadership capacity, overseeing curriculum design, instructional quality, and the professional growth of teachers and heads of departments.
Known for her creativity and forward-thinking approach, Shorouk integrates technology and modern literacy practices into instructional design. She also leads signature school events—including speech competitions and English department showcases—and delivers professional development for teachers and department heads on topics such as grading practices, leadership culture, and instructional innovation.
Dedicated, visionary, and solutions-oriented, Shorouk is committed to elevating teaching and learning, building strong academic systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
