Menna Elfouly
My name is Menna Ayman Elfouly, and I am passionate about education, growth, and lifelong learning. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Ain Shams University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management.
For over 10 years, I have dedicated myself to the field of education, working in various roles that have allowed me to inspire students and support teachers in their professional journeys. Currently, I serve as the Academic Dean for the British School at NIS Shorouk Campus, where I am privileged to lead and mentor an exceptional team of educators. In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I continue to teach Chemistry, a subject I deeply value for its ability to connect logical reasoning with creativity.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is researching and developing professional development material for teachers. Through this process, I constantly learn and grow, discovering new educational trends, techniques, and methodologies.
My ultimate goal is to empower teachers by equipping them with the tools they need to become better educators. I strongly believe that effective teaching transforms lives, and I am committed to fostering an environment where both teachers and learners thrive, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.
This journey has been deeply rewarding, as it allows me to contribute to the growth of others while continuously expanding my own horizons as an educator and leader.
