Aya Ghraoui
Aya Ghraoui, a graduate of the American University in Cairo (AUC), has developed a strong career in education, holding various leadership roles and contributing to academic and operational excellence.
Aya began her career as a subject teacher in the English Department at NIS, where she gained experience in effective teaching methods and classroom management. Her collaborative approach and ability to support both students and colleagues led to her promotion to Associate Academic Dean, where she worked on enhancing academic programs and improving the learning environment.
She later advanced to the role of Head of the English Department (HOD), where she focused on curriculum development, team performance, and departmental growth. Aya’s career progression continued as she became Vice Principal, overseeing school operations and supporting initiatives aimed at fostering growth and efficiency.
Currently serving as the Head of NITA, Aya continues to advocate for educational excellence. Aya Ghraoui is driven by a passion for the transformative power of education. She is committed to fostering personal and professional growth, building collaborative communities, and empowering educators and students to achieve their fullest potential.
