Join us for an enriching session on Cooperative Learning where you will learn about cooperative learning on an introductory basis. Cooperative learning has become an integral part of effective teaching methods so being aware of its uses and applying it is integral for any teacher. This part explores:

Teachers’ roles in cooperative learning
Overall targets for this course
‘Think-Pair-Share’ and ‘Round Robin’ as cooperative learning strategies.

By attending this session, you will lay the foundation for comprehensively exploring and understanding cooperative learning. This session is the start of your journey to applying and eventually mastering cooperative learning techniques which will enhance your skills as a teacher and your students’ educational journey.

Start of career: Mr. AbdelNasser began as a part time teacher which later translated into a full time teaching role. Throughout the years, Mr. AbdelNasser held a large number of different posts which culminated in his latest role as the Deputy Director and as an Academic Dean in the Porto Said Campus of NIS.

Years of experience: More than 25 years of experience in teaching administrative posts.

Mentorship and leadership: For more than a decade, Mr. AbdelNasser has been a dedicated and invaluable member of the NIS family, serving generations of students and teachers with exceptional leadership, passion, and unwavering commitment. His experience and leadership skills have positively impacted us all, and we are confident he will continue to inspire in his new role. He is admired as both a mentor and a leader.
