Rana Elafify is a dedicated and accomplished educator with a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from the American University in Cairo (AUC). With over 17 years of experience at NIS International Schools, Rana has built a remarkable career, making significant contributions to the field of education.
She began her journey in education as a classroom teacher, where her passion for nurturing young minds quickly became evident. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire both students and colleagues propelled her to take on leadership roles. Rana served as an elementary vice principal and later as a principal, demonstrating her exceptional skills in school management and curriculum development.
Her impact extended beyond a single school as she advanced to become the Director of Early Years, Elementary, and Primary Education across NIS International Schools. In this capacity, Rana has played a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of thousands of students, fostering a supportive and innovative environment for learning.
