Leadership Styles

This course aims to familiarize NIS teachers, leaders, and future leaders with various leadership
styles and their appropriate applications in educational settings. Participants will explore
different styles, such as Democratic, Directive, and Pace-setting, and learn how to effectively
implement them in real-life scenarios that educators encounter. By examining case studies,
teachers will gain insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each style, enabling them to
adapt their approach based on the unique needs of their students and school environment.
Ultimately, this course will empower educators to become more effective leaders who can
inspire and motivate their teams to achieve common goals.
