Principal’s Roles & Responsibilities

Reham Ali is a versatile educator with 23 years of experience. She began her career as a high school English teacher and progressively advanced through various leadership positions, leading school departments and ultimately becoming a whole-school principal. Currently, she serves as a director of education, shaping the educational landscape within NIS leadership and vision.
A Fulbright scholar, she has worked in diverse educational environments starting in Egypt then USA, UAE, and back Egypt, gaining a rich global perspective. In addition to her work in education, she is a certified personal and career coach with a special focus on leadership development.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she is always enrolled in courses or seminars and regularly attends events that keep her at the forefront of educational and leadership practices.
